This class is focused on refreshing your body at the cellular level and building the strength of your mental projection. The session begins with navel-strengthening exercises to activate your core and support the flow of energy through the body’s center. You’ll move into dynamic postures designed to get your blood circulating, helping to clear out stagnation and support the removal of cellular oxidation, an important factor in cellular health and longevity.
The sequence includes classic plough and forward stretches to lengthen the spine and open the back body, as well as neck rolls to release tension and support healthy circulation to the brain. A dynamic bow posture is incorporated to further stimulate the nervous and lymphatic systems, encouraging the movement of fresh energy and supporting overall detoxification.
Throughout the class, the focus remains on using movement and breath to renew your cells’ structure and vibration. The combination of physical work and mindful attention helps sharpen your mental projection, making it easier to set clear intentions and direct your focus with strength.
The session ends with a 22 minute chanting meditation that leaves you feeling light and clear.
